Had an amazing time with friends! The kids loved the variety of pools and the awesome entertainment team kept everyone engaged. There was plenty of food choices to mix things up, and the free beach shuttle made getting to the surf super easy. It's definitely a spot we'll come back to next summer!
The WiFi was often slow and dropped out a lot, which was a bit annoying when we wanted to share pics or stay connected.

Although some areas like the dining room needed better cleaning and there were issues with reception staff, overall, the experience was enjoyable, and the welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home. Family with children will love it
The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive. They made sure to check on us each day, even calling our room to see if everything was alright, which felt very personal.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.
